1. Who we are

This is the Green Kow Herd application, owned and operated by Green Kow (greenkow.co.za). Contact: kerry@greenkow.co.za.

2. Copyright & licence

The Green Kow Herd software, its name, branding, designs and content are © Green Kow. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your business. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the software or its components.

3. What data we process

To run your dashboard we process: your account and login details; the real search demand captured on your site; AI-visibility results; and anything you add (contacts, invoices, designs). We do not sell your data.

4. Data storage choice

When you join you choose whether we may store your business data. If you decline, you can still use the app, but features that depend on storage (CRM, Collections/invoicing, saved Studio designs) are turned off. You can change this choice or ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — to keep you signed in and secure. No third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time (POPIA / GDPR). Email kerry@greenkow.co.za and we'll action it.

7. Changes

We'll post material changes to these terms in the app's "What's new" feed.
