Everything at Green Kow is self-taught. No MBA, no agency background, no textbook to follow. That is not a gap, it is the advantage. No inherited bias, no industry groupthink, just a different way of seeing the same problem everyone else looks at.

Some ideas get called crazy. Most of the time that just means they have not been tried yet.

I do not add more layers to a business that is already stretched. We step back and examine what is already there: pricing, positioning, messaging and category framing, as a system, not isolated parts.

Then we rebuild the structure so the business can support growth without fighting itself at every turn. No playbooks, no recycled frameworks from someone else’s industry.
