THE ANOMALY BEHIND THE BRAND

WHY GREEN KOW EXISTS AT ALL

My name is Kerry. I spent years watching brilliant businesses waste thousands on ads and agencies because their foundation was slightly off.

I am not a “marketing guru” and I do not believe in hacks. I believe in structure. In stripping back the noise and finding the one thing that is actually broken.

I started Green Kow to be the person who stops the bleed before the scaling starts.

Ways to look
at the problem

Self-taught. Reverse thinking. No normal filter.

Everything at Green Kow is self-taught. No MBA. No agency background. No textbook to follow. That is not a gap — it is the advantage. No inherited bias. No industry groupthink. Just a different way of seeing the same problem everyone else is looking at.

Some of the ideas are considered crazy. Most of the time that just means they have not been tried yet. When you think differently by default, you find things that conventional thinking walks past every single time.

💡
The Difference

Structure fixes what tactics cannot.

  • clarify positioning from scratch
  • align pricing with real value
  • simplify the message drastically
  • rebuild the strategic foundation
  • no templates. ever.
01

I work with founders whose growth has stalled

Most of the businesses I meet are not short on talent, ambition, or resources. What they are missing is structural clarity.

Pricing does not match the value they create. Their category position is unclear. Their messaging tries to be everything to everyone — and ends up being nothing to anyone.

When the foundation is slightly off, every new tactic becomes more expensive and less effective. My role is to step back, examine the structure, and rebuild the parts that are holding the business back.

Leaders start asking questions when growth slows.

  • business growth has stalled
  • marketing is not working anymore
  • leads are not converting
  • why did growth stop
02

The problem with “more”

In the B2B world the default answer to a growth plateau is “more.” More content. More ads. More outreach. More spend.

But if your pricing is misaligned or your category position is weak, “more” just makes you fail faster. I do not help companies do more. I help them do the right things — by looking at what is already there and stripping away the noise.

Sometimes the most valuable advice is to stop digging.

⚠️
The Enemy

Guesswork disguised as strategy.

  • random tactics replace real thinking
  • marketing trends drive decisions
  • positioning drifts over time
  • growth becomes inconsistent
03

No extra layers on a business under pressure

I do not add more layers to a business that is already stretched. We step back and examine what is already there — pricing, positioning, messaging, and category framing. Not as isolated parts but as a system.

Then we rebuild the structure so the business can support growth without fighting itself at every turn.

No playbooks. No templates. No recycled frameworks from someone else’s industry. Just the actual problem and the actual fix.

🔧
Hidden Cause

The real problem is almost always structural.

  • category position unclear
  • pricing misaligned with value
  • messaging trying to do too much
  • offer lacks strategic structure
04

A Green Kow does not exist in nature.
That is exactly the point.

It is a deliberate anomaly — something that stands out because it is built differently from everything else in the field. Solid, recognisable, and because it should not be there, impossible to ignore. That is the standard I work to. Not louder. Not busier. Structurally different.
